I loved Warm Springs and she spends quite a bit of time at the camp, Suzi. My second grade teacher had polio as a child, and wore the braces all her life. I remember hugging them on a day I felt vunerable. The amazing thing that I didn't realize at the time 73-74, she was also black. Can you imagine her struggle?!?

And read as many of the other reviews as possible. I am afraid my wish list will grow out of control ;o) I got all the books I want now for the challenge, now we'll see if I can manage to read them all.
