Happy Fourth!

It is by the goodness of God that in our country we have those three unspeakably precious things: freedom of speech, freedom of conscience, and the prudence never to practice either of them.

Maggie, you commented on my blog that you wanted to join the BookAwards Challenge. If you want to be a contributor on that site, I'll need your email address. Otherwise you could also just post a list to your blog as well.

Hope you join!

WW100, Twain can be counted on for so many quotes! :D FYI, I goodled images, fourth of july, and got this lovely postcard. ;)

Thanks Carol! Hope you had a nice one, too!

Great, Fond of Books! I really hadn't thought of doing a Mr. Linky for the individual book reviews. I get everone's reviews through bloglines and technorati. I've got a ML for the "sense of place" contest, maybe you could get something to represent the book you just finished and link it that way?

Thanks 3M! I had forgotten about this. I'll get right on it! :D
