That kind of thing drives me nuts, Maggie. It's the reason that my blog format seldom changes...I'm afraid to mess things up.
I've been afraid to change my blog templates because I'm afraid I'll mess something up. I will probably just copy the code to an html file if I ever do so that I can just search and do copy and paste.

This is the first time I've visited you via a link from Nan's blog Letters from a Hill Farm. Lovely template. I'm afraid to change mine in case I lost all my sidebars etc.
I like the new look, and that must have been so frustrating to lose all your links.
That is the very reason why I won't change my format ever again. It's a nightmare!
