Bookfool - I was wondering if it was all rehearsed, too. It seemed like Colbert was caught off gaurd a couple of time, but then again he could be acting. :)
Wonder if he felt a loss of identity with the loss of his long hair, Sarah J? One thing he did not answer during the interview which I thought funny, was the Indian vs. Native American tag. In the book he thinks NA a little too fancy and please call him an Indian, but the book is fiction. Skins! I want to be called Frecks!
Hey, thanks for stopping by and making a comment. I hope you get some hits from this blog's readers.
That was great fun, even though he really didn't say a thing about the book!

ReplyDeleteHe never deals with the books on the show, but it's always funny!
ReplyDeleteSherman Alexie is boss.
ReplyDeleteAnd now having met him, we are only one degree away from Stephen Colbert! ;)
Isn't it Sage?!? Have you been able to read any of his books yet?
ReplyDeleteI feel the power, Angela! :D
It's amazing how different he looks since his Smoke Signals days. Also, he was always funny, but he's crafted the wit a bit more.
ReplyDeleteNoticed you had Southern Spaces on your list of hits. I'm on their staff. Thanks for adding us!
